It's easy to catch small fish in small streams but you're only going to get small fish. Next time try the ocean.
My strategy for the majority of my campaigns is to mold them around a large traffic source as opposed to finding an offer and looking for a small fitting traffic source. If you get your campaign working you will hit the big leagues.

Lorenzo, do you usually create an attractive landing page, or you directly link to the CPA offer with your affiliate id?
It really depends on the offer you're promoting. The small payout offers e.g Zip/Email submits or short form offers usually have a good enough landing page to direct link. If the offer I'm promoting needs a credit card, or needs a few pages to be filled out I usually create a landing page. Everything depends on your strategy for bidding though. The broader targeting I go the more likely I would create a lander.
